You should plan to be a few minutes early for your first appointment to fill out the necessary forms, or complete them ahead of time here. Be sure to bring your insurance card and a photo ID for our records.
At your first appointment Dr. Graff will take the time to listen to your needs and concerns. You'll find his honesty and ability to listen is a refreshing change from the larger, "assembly line" type dental offices.
Emergency Appointments
Because tooth pain can be excruciating, we do accept emergency appointments. Even if you are not one of our existing patients, we will do our best to help you find the cause of your pain. Please call us for the earliest available appointment.
